I am a private chef based in Providence, Rhode Island, and the owner and executive chef of PiANTA, an award winning restaurant on historic Federal Hill. My work now reaches far beyond the restaurant walls, spanning gatherings across New England, the United States, and abroad.
I know what it means to build something from the ground up and carry it with care. That same presence guides every event I cook for. I create thoughtful, intuitive meals for intimate dinners, weddings, retreats, and multi day experiences. Nothing is templated. Every menu is custom, built around your people, your moment, and what will make it unforgettable.
My work has taken me from private villas and yachts in Greece to bachelorette weekends, proposals, corporate off sites, and destination weddings. I design entire experiences through planning, styling, and creative direction, bringing each element to life from tablescapes and décor to curated gifting and brand collaborations. Every detail is considered, and every moment is aligned with intention.
I plan, prep, and execute with clarity. I bring everything I need, move with steadiness and purpose, and leave your space cleaner than I found it. My background in restaurant service and large scale catering gives me structure, but private chef work is where I thrive. It is more personal, more connected. I cook with care, lead with kindness, and never forget what an honor it is to be part of your story.
